Overview:
Leading Aggregates Producer seeks a Plant Manager to lead operations.
Requirements:
- Lead the ARC-100 Safety Program
- Oversee the river barge unloading and inventory management operations
- Monitor relevant KPI’s and reports
- Ensure preventative maintenance of fixed plant assets
- Provide input for annual budgeting process and strategic plan development for the site
- Directs hourly workforce to meet production goals and objectives
- Work with HR to recruit and hire staff
- Lead the process to request CAPEX for relevant repairs, replacements, upgrades of plant and mobile equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years Mining/Quarry Experience in a Management Role Required
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Supervisor Experience Required
