Overview:
Demolition Superintendents with Heavy Civil/Highway experience needed for two large contracts in Northeast and Mid- Atlantic. The Superintendent will direct all field activities and personnel to ensure that the assigned projects meet budget, schedule and safety objectives. Requirements:
- 10 Years of Experience Overseeing Demolition/Heavy Civil Projects is Required
- Ability to Read and Interpret Construction Documents
- Effective Communication Skills
- Maintain a Safe Working Environmental by identifying Safety Issues or Problems
- Good Organization, Multi-Tasking, Leadership and Decision Making Skills
- Ability to Travel as Required
- Excel on Projects with Tight Schedules and Difficult Working Conditions
