Overview:
The Demolition Superintendent will be responsible for the planning & execution of assigned demolition projects within the established budget and schedule for the overall project. Also responsible for acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts and executing the work including self-performance, subcontractors and consultants, to deliver projects according to plan. Provide leadership, direction and resources to the Project Manager, Site Safety Manager, Subordinate Supervisor, Craft Workers and Project Staff
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with Planning, Estimating, Scheduling, and Performance Tracking
- Supervise the Poper Maintenance, Safe/Efficient & Operation of Equipment
- Organizing Daily Activities Based on the Goals of the Project
Requirements:
- 10+ Years Supervising Experience in Commercial and Heavy Industrial Settings
- Experience within the Nuclear Industry is a Plus
- Must Have Cost Control and Budgeting Skills
