Seek out bid and sales opportunities with assigned customers

Must possess high standards, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and quality workmanship

Must be able to effectively communicate verbally with employees, external vendors, owners, general contractors and local enforcement agencies and develop positive working relationships

Have the ability to compute costs for materials, equipment, labor, production activities and subcontracted work

Attend pre-bid job walks, determine scopes of work and perform quantity take offs

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook)
