Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, Organize & Track the Flow of Project Related Information
- Attend Project Pre-Bid Meetings & Assess Projects for New Business Opportunities
- Develop & Execute Plan of Action on all Projects – Scheduling, Resources, Safety Requirements
- Assist in Hiring of Field Supervisors, Equipment Operators & Drivers
- Develop Training Requirements to Promote & Educate Employees
- Generate, Maintain & Update Project Schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management is Preferred or Equivalent Experience
- 10+ years of Management Experience in Construction/Demolition
- Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, B2W, Adobe or AutoCAD
- Asbestos Inspector License is Preferred
