One of the Nation’s largest wrecking firms is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to be a leader responsible for the successful execution of current work, which means the project is safe, on-time and within budget. - 5+ Years of Experience in the Demolition Industry (Heavy Wrecking/Dismantles)
- Adhere to the Customer’s and Companies Safety Program
- Participate and Meet Project Schedule Requirements
- Timely Material and Equipment Approval and Delivery
- Provide and Assure Quality Workmanship
- Provide Timely and Fair Quotations for Change Orders
- Prompt Invoicing Monthly or as Outlined
- Provide Documentation for Timely Close-Out of the Project
