Overview:
One of the largest turn-key Building, Bridge, & Industrial Demolition specialists in the country seeks Senior level candidate to support the Industrial Demolition Division. This opportunity offers an exciting and high growth environment focusing on overseeing Project Estimating and Project Management. This position would require travel; therefore, consideration will be given to working remotely.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of Management in Construction/Demolition
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management Desired
- Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, B2W, Adobe, AutoCAD
- Strong Leadership Qualities
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, Organize & Track the Flow of Project Related Information
- Attend Project Pre Bid Meetings & Assess Projects for New Business Opportunities
- Develop Plan of Action for the Project Management Team – Scheduling, Resources, Safety Requirements & Work Plan
- Oversee the Review Process of Contract Requirements & Generate Vendor & Subcontractor Agreements
