Overview:
A Full-Service Demolition Company that has been operating throughout Central & South Texas since 1945, is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate bid assignments to estimating team, oversee & review estimates/bids before submittal, as well as quantify, negotiate & select projects successfully.
Requirements:
- A Minimum of 10 Years of Experience Overseeing Demolition Projects is Required
- Maintain Daily Communication with Job Site Crews to Ensure Project Time Schedule, Crew Needs & Communication of Information is Being Met
- Maintain a Safe Working Environment by Identifying Safety Issues or Problems & Taking Steps to Correct Workplace Hazards
- Ability to Define Problems, Collect Data, Establish Facts & Draw Valid Conclusions
