Overview:
The Superintendent will direct all field construction activities and personnel to ensure that the assigned project meets budget, schedule and safety objectives. They will also be responsible for determining means/methods, sequencing, manpower, material quantities, and equipment to fulfill the job. Requirements:
- A Minimum of 8 Years Experience on Demolition, Civil and/or Heavy Highway Projects
- Direct all Field Activities and Personnel
- Provide Input to Project Manager Regarding Cost & Schedule Forecasts
- Maintain Open Communication between all Subcontractors
- Monitor Foremen & Personnel Compliance with Safety Program Requirements
- Assist the Project Manager with Change Order Reviews
- Perform Project Close-Out and Ensure Punch List is Completed
- Ability to Read and Interpret Construction Documents
