Overview:
Established contractor seeks qualified and safety driven Superintendent for Heavy Highway/Bridge Demolition in the Mid-Atlantic region. This position will report to the Project Manager and is responsible for coordinating all field activities. They will be in charge with planning and scheduling all requirements to control labor, equipment, and material costs.
Requirements:
- A Minimum of 8 Years Experience on Demolition, Civil and/or Heavy Highway Projects
- Direct all Field Activities and Personnel
- Provide Input to Project Manager Regarding Cost & Schedule Forecasts
- Maintain Open Communication between all Subcontractors
- Monitor Foremen & Personnel Compliance with Safety Program Requirements
- Assist the Project Manager with Change Order Reviews
- Perform Project Close-Out and Ensure Punch List is Completed
- Ability to Read and Interpret Construction Documents
