Overview:
Demolition company seeks a Superintendent to join their team. This company provides a broad range of selective demolition as well as environmental remediation solutions serving the DFW area. From commercial, industrial, municipal and state clients to School Districts, Universities, Property Development, Hotels, Real Estate, Historical Projects, Retail, Hospitals, Churches as well as Industrial, Oil and Gas.
Requirements:
- Familiar with a Wide Range of Heavy Equipment & how they Interact During the Demolition Process
- Ability to Read & Interpret Construction Drawings & Specifications
- Problem Solving/Troubleshooting Ability
- Able to Work well as a Team Player & Communicate with all Field Personnel & Management
- Construction & Job Costing Experience
- A Minimum of 5 Years of Relevant Work Experience in the Construction Industry (Demo, Asbestos and/or Lead Hazard Abatement Experience Preferred)
- Strong Communication & Organizational Skills, with an Attention to Detail & a Commitment to Follow-Through
