Heavy Highway Contractor is looking for an Alternative Delivery Driver.
Responsibilities:
- Developing proposals
- Developing Cost Estimates
- Procurement Processes (Design Build, CMGC, Progressive Design Build)
- Owner Coordination
- Project Development
- Technical writing
- Complete bid review
- Market research and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or similar related field
- 15+ years heavy civil projects
- Proficient in MS Office – word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid is a plus
- Design build experience
- Proposal/ Technical writing and delivery
