Overview:
Asphalt Paving Contractor seeks an experienced Estimator / Project Manager in the Northwest.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate preparation of project estimates, including preparation and supervision of take offs
- Review project plans, requirements and specifications
- Understand construction means and methods
- Client development and client relations
- Assist with WIP worksheets and processes
- Assist with job set up
- Solicit and manage subcontract process
- Manage and direct overall project performance
- Maintain job budgets and schedules, prepare and manage change orders and perform other work as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years Project Manager and/or Estimator Experience
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Equivalent Work Experience
