Overview:
Heavy Construction Contractor is seeking a Sales & Logistics Representative to provide administrative support to sales and logistics teams through data entry, record keeping and reconciliation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving history required
- Previous experience in trucking administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience working in construction, mining, manufacturing, or related industry a plus
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain organized information and records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with others at all levels in a professional manner
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite); familiarity with transportation & logistics software a plus
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and represent the Company in a professional manner
