Overview:
Established Metal Recycler seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team. Qualified Candidates will have a background in heavy industry diesel mechanics. Maintenance supervisory / management experience is required.
Requirements:
- Highly skilled in proactively maintaining heavy diesel, electrical & hydraulic systems/equipment
- Proven success leading & developing a high-performing maintenance team
- Hands-on with maintenance & operational staff
- Committed to meeting deadlines & quality with a strong attention to detail
- Maintenance Program Development & Implementation
- Excellent problem-solving, management & communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
