Overview:
Large Metals Recycling Company seeks a Non-Ferrous Manager to lead the purchasing, receiving, sortation and processing of all non-ferrous scrap materials for their facility in the West.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily non-ferrous operations – processing, quality and shipping
- Adjust processing to accommodate production demands, increase efficiencies & meet shipping needs
- Ensure accuracy of monthly inventory
- Collaborate with transportation and commercial teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Implement EHS policy and procedure ensuring compliance
- Non-conformance reporting
- Lead, train & develop non-ferrous employees
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Metals Recycling Industry Management Experience
- Knowledgeable in Non-ferrous scrap material pricing, grading and processing
- Experience Maintaining Strong Customer Relations
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Hands-on leadership
- Flexibly Schedule with the Ability to Travel (25%)
