Responsibilities:
- Promote the company & product line within a designated region to expand market share
- Develop & Implement Sales Strategies Designed to Cater to Customers Needs & Reflect Market Trends
- Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets within Budget
- Responsible for Product Demonstrations & Presentations
- Lead Negotiations to Close Deals
- Record in Detail all Sales Activities & Collaborate with Sales Teams Members
- Report Market Feedback to Production Teams
- Represent the company at Industry Conferences & Events
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Metals Recycling Non-Ferrous Experience
- 3+ Years Sales Experience
- Knowledgeable in Non-Ferrous Separation & Conveyor Systems
- Excellent Technical Background in Metals Recycling
- Strong Skillset in Problem Solving & Strategizing
- Ability to Travel
