Overview:
Metals Recycling Company seeks an experienced Trader to join the team and partner with leading consumers to sell sourced recycled metals.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with New / Existing Suppliers & Consumers
- Develop & Implement Sales Strategy to Exceed Monthly Revenue & Marginal Goals
- Establish Index & Regional Pricing
- Stay Abreast of Industry Trends & Recommend New Opportunities for Growth
- Collaborate with Operations to Ensure Highest Level of Customer Service
- Contract Negotiation & Management
- Attend Industry Trade Shows & Events
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Metals Recycling Sales Experience
- Knowledgeable in a Variety Scrap Metal Grades
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Entrepreneurial Discipline & Drive
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Ability to Travel (25%)
