Ready Mix Company is seeking a HR & Safety Manager to hire, retain, educate and review company employees so that they are productive and safe in completing their job duties.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating recruitment, screening and placement of new employees.
- Providing orientation and on-boarding of new employees.
- Overseeing the training of new employees.
- Maintaining employee records for the Company.
- Coordinating regulatory compliance.
- Assist in investigating accidents and safety issues.
- Coordinate and participate in regular employee inspections and reviews.
- Provide an open line of communication with employees.
- Managing continuing education programs emphasizing the importance of safety.
