Overview:
Southern Steel Mill seeks a Shift Manager for their Melting Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Safety, Environmental, Quality & Production of Shift
- Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action for Major Issues
- Manage, Train & Develop Shift Employees
- Troubleshoot Equipment Failures
- Evaluate & Report on Production, Maintenance & Employee Performance
- Coordinate Scheduling for Shift including Coverage for Vacations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, minimum HS Diploma/GED
- 3+ Years Steel Mill Management Experience REQUIRED
