Overview:
Steel & Metals Producer is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to oversee the Reliability Centered Maintenance Program for multiple locations in Eastern US.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, Leads & Implements Reliability Centered Maintenance Program
- Provides Guidance & Support to Maintenance Teams
- Develops Specific Strategies for Critical Equipment
- Resolves Complex Root Cause Failure Analysis
- Develops & Trains Employees in the Application of RCA, FMEA & RCM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent Hands-on Maintenance Experience
- 5+ Years in Steel Mill/Manufacturing Experience
- 3+ Years Maintenance Leadership Experience
- Working Knowledge of RCM Methods & Best Practices
