President of United Employment Associates, Stephen has over 30 years of experience providing search and placement services to the Aggregate, Ready Mix, Asphalt and Heavy Civil Construction Industries. He has built an extensive network of industry contacts and made hundreds of successful placements throughout his career. Stephen is committed to providing quality searches for candidates and client companies and understanding the specific needs of each individual he interacts with.
Having started his career serving multiple industries including Aggregate, Cement, Lime, Mining, Industrial Minerals, Asphalt, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Ready Mix, Heavy Highway Construction and Construction Materials, Stephen has gained the hands-on recruiting experience necessary to make United Employment Associates a leading specialty recruiting firm in the United States. His true passion for the business is exemplified in his ability to both lead UEA’s day-to-day activities while simultaneously running his own desk and industries.
Stephen is an active member of the National Ready-Mix Concrete Association (NRMCA), the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA), the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) and the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA).

After graduating from Lehigh University, Addison joined United Employment Associates, where she works alongside her father, Stephen, serving the Aggregate, Ready Mix Concrete, Asphalt, and Heavy Civil Construction industries.
