President of United Employment Associates, Stephen has over 20 years of experience providing search and placement services to the Aggregate and Ready-Mix Industries. He has built an extensive network of industry contacts and made hundreds of successful placements throughout his career. Having started his career serving multiple industries including Aggregate, Cement, Lime, Mining, Industrial Minerals, Asphalt, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Ready Mix, Heavy Highway Construction and Construction Materials, Stephen has gained the hands-on recruiting experience necessary to make United Employment Associates a leading specialty recruiting firm in the United States. His true passion for the business is exemplified in his ability to both lead UEA’s day-to-day activities while simultaneously running his own desk and industries.
