Overview:
AISC Certiifed Steel Fabricator seeks to fill the role of Director of Pre-Construction. The Successful Candidate will Play a Pivotal Role in Leading the Estimating Department, Ensuring Accurate & Competitive Bids & Maintaining a High Standard for Clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Leadership to The Estimating Department
- Develop & Implement Best Practices for Estimating Processes & Procedures
- Oversee the Entire Estimating Process, from Initial Project Assessment to Submission of Final Bids
- Conduct Regular Reviews of Estimates to Ensure Accuracy & Completeness
Requirements:
- 10+ Years Steel Fabrication Industry Experience
- Excellent Leadership, Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient in Estimating Software
