Overview:
Steel Fabricator Seeks an Experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ Years Steel Fabrication Industry The Project Manager will be Responsible for the Overall Direction, Coordination, Implementation, Execution, Schedule and Cost Control of Assigned Projects.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years Experience in Steel Fabrication Industry
- Responsible for thorough understanding of the assigned project, specifications and contract requirements
- Supervise project setup, create billing and cashflow schedules
- Prepare and negotiate project change orders
- Manage project budget, responsible for active cost control, forecasts and deliverables
- Manage and coordinate shop and field drawing submittals through shop and field issuance
- Responsible for assessment of subcontractors, issuing subcontracts and manage all quotations from outside subcontractors
- Manage multiple projects in various stages of completion
