Our client, a well-respected producer of ready-mix concrete, is seeking an experienced Ready Mix Operations Manager to oversee eight plants and lead day-to-day operations across the region.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for safety, production, quality, maintenance, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for eight ready-mix plants.
- Lead plant managers, batch personnel, drivers, and support staff.
- Drive safety, quality, and customer service across all locations.
- Manage production efficiency, maintenance planning, and fleet utilization.
- Monitor costs, productivity, and overall plant performance.
- Partner with sales and dispatch teams to meet customer expectations.
- Develop and mentor operational leaders within the organization.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in ready-mix concrete operations.
- Multi-site management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Solid understanding of batching, dispatch, maintenance, and logistics.
- Proven ability to improve operational and financial results.
