Our client, a leading asphalt producer, is seeking an experienced Asphalt Operations Manager to oversee multiple plant locations and drive operational excellence.
This role will be responsible for safety, production, quality, maintenance, and profitability across the asphalt division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for multiple asphalt plants.
- Lead plant teams to achieve safety, production, and quality goals.
- Oversee maintenance planning and plant reliability.
- Monitor budgets, operating costs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with DOT specifications and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with paving and sales teams to meet production schedules.
- Develop and mentor plant leadership and key personnel.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in asphalt production or related construction materials.
- Multi-site management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and quality control.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Track record of improving plant performance and profitability.
