A growing operation in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily plant operations, production, and leadership initiatives within a specialized asphalt products environment. This role will oversee crack seal and emulsion production operations while leading a team of 10+ direct reports across production, maintenance, and operational functions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within manufacturing, asphalt, emulsion, road materials, or industrial production environments, along with a proven ability to drive safety, efficiency, quality, and team performance.
Compensation will depend on experience and is expected to range from $115,000–$135,000 annually, along with bonus potential and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Asphalt Emulsions Production Experience- at least 3 years
- 3+ Years of Management Experience
- Experience with Inventory Control, Developing Teams, Logistics and Developing SOPs
