A respected steel secondary processor and service center is looking to add an experienced Maintenance Manager to its leadership team. This is a key role responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across three manufacturing facilities, driving equipment reliability, preventive maintenance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of maintenance supervisory or management experience in a steel manufacturing, steel processing, or steel service center environment
- Strong leadership experience managing maintenance teams across multiple facilities
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- A track record of improving uptime, equipment reliability, and maintenance performance
