Overview:
Our client, a well-established Ready Mix Producer, is seeking an experienced leader to oversee a high-performing operation consisting of 8 plants, 70 mixers, and approximately 500,000 cubic yards annually.
This executive role carries full P&L responsibility and oversight of operations, sales, quality, safety, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience within the ready-mix concrete industry and a strong record of driving profitability and operational excellence.
