Overview:
A leading Ready Mix and Aggregate Producer in Texas is seeking an experienced Director of Safety to develop and implement a world-class safety program for 25+ Ready Mix plants, 300+ mixers, and 10+ aggregate operations. This role will lead all safety initiatives, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and drive a strong culture of safety throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safety leadership within the Ready Mix Industry and a passion for building and maintaining a proactive safety culture.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Safety Management experience within the Ready Mix Concrete Industry
- Proven ability to lead large-scale safety programs and teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and employee engagement
