Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Ready Mix Sales Representative to serve the Commercial and Industrial markets in a fast-paced, high-volume territory. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and industrial Ready Mix accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and close sales in a competitive market.
- Provide exceptional customer service and project support from bid to pour.
- Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
- Monitor market trends and stay informed on competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Ready Mix Sales.
- Strong industry knowledge and established relationships in the market.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
