Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Aggregate Division Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for over 10 million tons per year (MTPY) of production from 10 aggregate operations. This role will oversee a team of 5 direct reports, driving sales strategy, market growth, and customer relationships across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with proven experience in managing large-scale aggregate sales. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, coaching and mentoring the sales team, building strong customer partnerships, and collaborating with operations to ensure alignment with production goals.
