Overview
The Electrical Manager will be responsible for the plant’s electrical systems, maintenance, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee preventive and predictive electrical maintenance programs.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the electrical team with a strong focus on safety.
- Plan and manage electrical projects from start to finish.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, repair, and equipment reliability.
- Manage electrical spare parts and inventory to ensure critical components are available and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to align electrical work with production needs.
Requirements
- 15+ years of electrical experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
- Background in mining, oilfield, or heavy industrial operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, equipment, and controls.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
