Overview:
Aggregate Company is looking for an Aggregate Operations Manager to be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations including managing production, maintenance and personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily production of aggregates.
- Implement and oversee a preventive maintenance program.
- Address repairs, maintenance and equipment replacements.
- Make recommendations for purchasing equipment.
- Lead, manage and develop personnel.
- Provide feedback to HR on performance reviews.
- Work closely with the sales team.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Establish and enforce safety protocols, compliance with industry safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety training.
- Stay informed of industry regulations and ensure plants’ adherence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in quarry operations.
- Strong knowledge of aggregate production processes, equipment and safety protocols.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple quarries.
- Leadership experience.
