Growing material crushing and recycling company seeks an Operations Manager to oversee priorities, decision-making, team development, resource allocation, and operating results across multiple portable crushing operations and recycling yards.
Requirements:
- Lead multi-site crushing, screening, and recycling operations
- Manage superintendents, foremen, operators, staffing, equipment, and production planning
- Drive safety, equipment uptime, cost control, efficiency, and project profitability
- 4+ years of relevant operations management experience required
