Overview:
A leading construction materials producer is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee a high-volume 2 million ton per year sand and stone operation in Minnesota.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all plant operations with a focus on safety, production, maintenance, and profitability.
- Manage crushing, screening, washing, loadout, and equipment maintenance.
- Drive production efficiencies, cost control, quality, and MSHA compliance.
- Lead, develop, and mentor operations and maintenance personnel.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of aggregates operations experience.
- Previous Plant Manager, Quarry Manager, or Operations Manager experience.
- Strong knowledge of crushing, screening, maintenance, and MSHA regulations.
- Proven leadership and operational management skills.
