Overview:
A growing aggregate producer is seeking an experienced Aggregate Plant Manager to oversee a 1+ MTPY operation in California.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily plant operations, production, and personnel.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and MSHA compliance.
- Drive production, efficiency, uptime, and cost control.
- Coordinate closely with maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
- Develop and lead plant employees and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Aggregate, mining, or crushing operations experience.
- Previous plant management/leadership experience.
- Experience with high-volume aggregate production preferred.
- Strong safety, leadership, and operational background.
