Overview:
Aggregate Producer is seeking a QC Manager to provide leadership in product development, quality control and quality assurance for the company’s aggregates operation and growth initiatives. This role will also work closely with the commercial team to assist prospective customers with mix designs and/or product testing ensuring the widespread adoption of Company’s products across applicable end uses and end markets.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive QA/QC and product development responsibility in the Aggregates Industry with a track record of driving long-term results in product DOT approval and certification and customer satisfaction.
- A clear understanding of how high-quality material affects customer outcomes.
- Direct Experience with leading QA/QC.
- Understanding of aggregate processing/beneficiation is required.
- Ability to converse in Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
- Must be a team player, who puts the team first and must be obsessed and passionate about building a new business.
