Overview:
The Growth Leader will focus on Commercial and M&A development. Focusing on building the market presence and developing focused customer relationships while developing activity-based sales processes to win appropriate business, manage pricing and collect market intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial performance.
- Customer relationships and sales process.
- Pricing and market intelligence.
- Yard acquisition and development.
- M&A process and deal execution.
- Sales/Operations process and logistics coordination in support of growth.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive increase in the Aggregates industry with experience in both Commercial and or Business Development.
- Experience developing new markets, including an excellent understanding of market structure and how it influences outcomes.
- Remote Distribution experience is a plus, with experience with Water and Rail transportation and associated rail/water-based plants and port sites.
- Education, bachelor’s degree with MBA as a plus.
- Must be a team player, who puts the team first and must be obsessed and passionate about building a new business.
