- Assist Paving Division Manager with multiple paving & milling crews
- Oversee daily paving operations, scheduling, manpower & equipment
- Coordinate with asphalt plant to support production needs
- Ensure safety, quality, productivity & project schedules
- Asphalt paving experience required
- Previous paving supervision/management and asphalt plant experience preferred
