Seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Superintendent to oversee 3–5 crews and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires strong field leadership, scheduling, and coordination, with regional travel between project sites.
- Lead paving foremen and crews, setting clear expectations for safety, quality, and production.
- Plan daily and weekly schedules, coordinating labor, equipment, trucking, and asphalt deliveries.
- Oversee multiple active projects, adjusting resources to meet deadlines and resolve field issues.
- Monitor production, job costs, and paving quality to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Work closely with project managers, plant personnel, subcontractors, and customers throughout project execution.
Candidates should have a strong background in asphalt paving, experience leading multiple crews, and the ability to manage competing project demands. Regional travel is required.
