Overview:
A commercial paving contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee asphalt paving, concrete repair, and pavement maintenance projects from estimating through completion. Projects serve commercial properties, retail facilities, property managers, and HOAs.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for paving, resurfacing, parking lot repairs, and concrete work.
- Conduct occasional site evaluations to assess conditions and define project scope.
- Coordinate schedules with customers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Track project costs, manage change orders, and handle final billing and closeout.
- Maintain customer relationships and pursue additional project opportunities.
Candidates should bring strong communication and organizational skills, comfort using multiple computer systems, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Experience in asphalt paving, concrete, or construction estimating and project coordination is required.
