Overview:
A leading Asphalt Supplier and Marketer in the Northwest & Pacific Northwest Regions is looking for a Plant Operator in Northwest Region that will report to the Plant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of products, AC (asphalt concrete) and PMA’s (polymer-modified asphalt)
- This position will learn the Emulsion production process
- Forklift operation
- Learn the codes for the values, lines, pumps and tanks
- Obtain general knowledge of products and plant layout
- Operator 1/2 training
- Top, bottom, and unloading of trucks
- Dry out trailers
- Preparing and assisting rail car unloading
- Product and raw materials sampling
- Tank to tank transfers
- PMA production process
