Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Computer Skills
- Experience with Blending Oils
- Experience with Emulsions (Cationic & Anionic)
- Experience with Polymer Modified Milled Asphalts
- Experienced with Personnel Management
- Experience with Freight Logistics & Truck Handling
- Mechanical Experience with Pumps, Mills, etc. & the Relevant Parts & Repair Techniques
- Experience with Chemical Analysis & Laboratory Testing of Asphalt Products
- Experience with Asphalt Products, Handling & Applications at the Contractor Level
- Correct Applications of Asphalt Products for Environment & Use
- Strong Inventory Management Skills
- Experience with Plant Construction, Design & Operational Budgets
- Strong Safety Record with a Heavy Emphasis on Proper PPE
