Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee one Quarry producing 750,000 TPY and an Asphalt Plant producing 300,000 TPY. This position is responsible for all aspects of facility operations, including production, safety, quality, maintenance, and CAPEX project management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the quarry and asphalt plant
- Lead production, maintenance, and site personnel to ensure safe, efficient output
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of CAPEX projects
- Ensure compliance with MSHA, environmental, and company safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, quality, and equipment reliability
- Monitor KPIs and manage operating budgets
- Maintain strong coordination with sales, quality, and logistics teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Aggregate Plant Management experience required
- Strong leadership skills with multi-department oversight experience
- Solid technical knowledge of quarry operations, asphalt production, and heavy equipment maintenance
