Requirements:
* Sales personnel often haul (tow) equipment and demo the equipment/materials.
- Selling skills and outside sales experience
- A minimum of two years of experience in the pavement / bridge (or related fields such as construction, asphalt, concrete, chemicals, etc.)
- Previous experience selling equipment, or familiarity with construction equipment sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.
- Practical presentation skills with both large groups and individuals
- A current driver’s license and a good driving record
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent outside sales experience is required
