Scope:
- Report to Ownership and Senior Executives.
- Manage 4 to 6 employees.
- Oversight of over 500 individual properties.
- Some travel may be required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience in property management will be considered.
- 5 years of experience in property management or real estate preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and ENCON Land Management system.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong familiarity and working knowledge of real estate transactions, property leases, rental agreements, property appraisals, tax assessment and related items.
- Perform internal property valuations and prepare reports for ownership.
- Oversight of buildings and facilities managers.
