Overview:
Reputable Modified Asphalt Manufacturer seeking Terminal Manager for their GA Terminal.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight and Direction to meet the Production Plan and Inventory Requirements
- Scheduling, hire, fire, training of operators and lab techs.
- Shipping and delivery schedules, receipt handling via rail & truck
- Coordinate and facilitate work priorities and ensure safe and profitable facility operation
- Accountable for the facility budget, report on variances and develop an action plan to achieve budget
- Manage Plant Operations / Maintenance / EHS Meetings / Eliminate Production Problems
Experience:
- 5 + Years Experience of Manufacturing Emulsions and other liquid asphalt products are required
- Operations Background and general knowledge of maintenance protocol is also preferred
- Proficient with Cationic and Anionic Emulsion & Polymer Modified Asphalt Production
