Requirements:
- Lead concrete paving crews, equipment, and production
- Manage slipform paving, batch plants, and concrete placement
- Coordinate manpower, materials, scheduling, and QC
- Ensure FAA/USACE, safety, and quality requirements
- 5+ years of concrete paving experience
- Airfield, federal, military, or highway paving experience
- Slipform paving experience required
- Willingness to travel
